"Maddi is the BEST ‘day of’ wedding coordinator! Our venue had an event planner onsite, but we didn’t connect with her on a personal level which made us nervous. Everyone said our wedding day would be stressful, so my husband and I wanted to ensure we enjoyed the moments leading up to our big day with our friends and family. We are so grateful we budgeted for a ‘day of’ person and Maddi was available! Maddi is an experienced event planner, and it shows—She is professional, outgoing, calm, extremely organized, a problem solver and thought of every detail! She quickly reached out to all vendors including the pastor, DJ, florist, photographers, bakery, on-site venue team and fireworks company to make sure she was involved and inserted herself when needed! We got married in December on NYE, so she had back up plans for everything from the weather and first look to MIA vendors. Also, we had fireworks at midnight, and she was responsible for making sure all guests were outside before they started which was like herding cats after last call! My niece and nephew were in the wedding too, and she was so kind to them and made sure they were excited, felt confident and knew what to expect. We wanted to offer communion during our ceremony in a very small room where people couldn’t get up from their seats and she figured that out without help! Lastly, she supported the rehearsal dinner the night before, and gladly provided her insights on best practices and general wedding etiquette, and even made sure the wedding gifts and cards (and our personal belongings) made it back to our room. These were very long days for Maddi, and she never skipped a beat! We are forever grateful for the expertise of Maddi! You will not be disappointed with her work!"
